Questions & Answers

Ask a Question
  • We have 6 of these. One no longer blows hot air. Just cold. What is the warranty, and are parts available?

    Hello,

The warranty is 3 months from the day of the purchase.

You could open the case of the dryer and check if the wires at the back are all connected to their ports or not- the common problem that customers normally face is that the wire for the hot air gets disattached from it's port.

If you can't find what's the problem, please ake photos of the wire connections and their ports and send to customerservice@pensonandco.com
